President and Project Director for Shaping Young Minds Foundation Nepal (SYMF Nepal). She received her graduate degree in social work. Grishma has worked with multiple organizations and local non-profit agencies in Nepal. Her passion is working with the marginalized groups of women and girls in rural communities and educating them about health and menstruation. She is an expert on MHM (Menstrual Hygiene Management) and has been running workshops and training programs to educate women of all ages about the topic.
